Trump hosts state dinner for Xi, praises Chinese state media

The Trump administration is facing renewed questions after a federal judge ordered the White House to restore access for MS NOW, CNN and Politico, ruling the ban was likely unconstitutional. Still, just hours later, reporters say they were turned away from the White House as Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived for a state dinner. Guests at the event included tech executives Jeff Bezos, Jensen Huang and Elon Musk, as well as Paramount's David Ellison. Meanwhile, during the visit, President Donald Trump praised the Chinese state-controlled press corps as the "friendliest," according to a White House press pool report.
