President Donald Trump hits the campaign trail again today with a stop in North Carolina to support the Republican nominee for the U.S. Senate there, Michael Whatley. It comes after Trump visited Kansas on Monday, where he stumped for incumbent Republican Sen. Roger Marshall. Kansas has not elected a Democrat to the Senate since 1932, but polls show the race between Marshall and Democratic nominee Adam Hamilton — a Methodist pastor — in a dead heat. Trump attacked Hamilton on Monday night, making false and misleading claims about the pastor's support for migrants and transgender people. MS NOW White House reporter Laura Barrón-López joins Way Too Early to break it all down.
