Why the Pentagon is giving one A.I. company an ultimatum in order to use tech for surveillance

According to the New York Times, the Pentagon is giving Anthropic an ultimatum after the artificial intelligence company said they do not want its A.I. to be used for the mass surveillance of Americans or deployed in autonomous weapons that had no humans in the loops. New York Times Intelligence and National Security Reporter Julian Barnes joins Katy Tur to explain more on what the Pentagon is demanding.
