A public corpus now holds 23 coding-agent system prompts captured at the wire across nine products. A 147-character sentence appears verbatim in nine of them, across four independent harnesses. Two harnesses running the identical model share exactly one line. And one paid tier ships a byte-identical prompt to its free one.
